The actress Miranda Cosgrove was born on May 14, 1993, in Los Angeles, Calif. She began her career by appearing in TV commercials for McDonalds and Burger King. Miranda's movie credits include the roles of Summer Hathaway, a 10-year-old manager in the popular film "The School of Rock," and Karen Sussman in "Keeping Up With The Steins."
