He was born Taco Ockerse to a Dutch couple in Jakarta, Indonesia, on July 21, 1955. "Puttin' On The Ritz" was recorded in Germany in 1981. He released "After Eight" in 1982, "Let's Face The Music" in 1984, "Swing Classics, in the mood of Glenn Miller" in 1985, the soundtrack to the German film "Whiz Kid" at an unknown date, and two "Best Of" compilations with identical track lists.
